The Canadian Combat Alliance (CCA) is committed to advancing and promoting Amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Pankration across Canada. Our mission is to drive the growth of these sports by increasing participation, enhancing competitive standards, and certifying knowledgeable officials and coaches who adhere to CCA’s high standards.
To achieve this mission, the CCA provides specialized certification clinics for officials in Amateur MMA, Grappling, BJJ, and Pankration. These programs ensure that the community benefits from the highest levels of expertise and professionalism in training and officiating.
The CCA is officially recognized by United World Wrestling (UWW) for its contributions to the global development of Mixed Martial Arts, Pankration, Grappling, and BJJ. Furthermore, the CCA serves as the recognized Canadian Federation by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF). The CCA is also affiliated with the Confederação Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu Desportivo (CBJJD), promoting the global growth and development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Through these partnerships and initiatives, the CCA continues to lead the advancement of combat sports in Canada, fostering a thriving and dynamic community for athletes, coaches, and officials.
